Each Xeres platform does one job well. All of them sign in the same way, are secured the same way, and leave your information in your own cloud.
XeresDocs
Records management for organisations with a retention schedule to keep. File documents against records, find them in seconds, keep them for as long as the schedule says and dispose of them with a person's approval.
- Retention that sets itself. Each record knows its date from the day it is filed.
- Legal hold. Stop anything being destroyed for as long as a claim needs.
- Disposal with approval. Nothing goes without somebody signing it off.
Case management
Casework built on XeresDocs, so every case file is governed from the day it opens: who can see it, how long it is kept and what happens when it closes.

Your cloud, your files
Documents live in your organisation's own Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services account, on your own agreement.
Your sign-in
Staff use their Microsoft 365 accounts, with a second check on sign-in by default. Leavers lose access when you switch them off.
Kept apart
Each organisation has its own database and its own storage. One organisation can never see another's.
